Weichert, Realtors® – The 507 Agency Becomes Newest Minnesota Affiliate
ADRIAN, Minn. / Jan. 18, 2019 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Cox Realty & Land Service, LLC in Adrian has joined their national franchise system.
The new office, now known as Weichert, Realtors® – The 507 Agency, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by Owners Alan and Cindy Cox.
“We’re very excited to take advantage of all the resources and support that Weichert can provide our agents to help them achieve individual success while helping us grow our company’s local market share,” said Alan Cox.
As part of the Weichert franchise network, agents at the Minnesota affiliate can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help them offer the best real estate service in the industry. The office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
