Weichert, Realtors® – The Webb Agency Becomes Newest Tennessee Affiliate
CROSSVILLE, Tenn. / July 10, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Realty 1 Group in Crossville has joined their national franchise system. The new office, now known as Weichert, Realtors® – The Webb Agency, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by Sheryl Webb, the principal broker/owner.
Webb began talking with representatives at Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. earlier this year to discuss the possibility of growing her business through franchising.
“I was very impressed with the management systems, digital platforms and agent training programs Weichert has to offer to help me grow my business,” said Webb. “It would take a lot of time and money for an independent agency like mine to replicate the incredible resources that Weichert already has in place.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Webb’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help them offer the best real estate service in the industry. The office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
Webb’s decision to join the Weichert franchise network was also influenced by feedback she received from other Weichert franchise owners.
“I spoke with several Weichert franchise owners before making a final decision and they all said great things about Weichert and the resources they provide to help increase their local market share,” added Webb, a Crossville resident. “I’m anxious to put the Weichert systems and training programs to use.”
