HOUMA, La. / Dec. 12, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – Real Estate Express is proud to announce that D’Juan Sims-Suggs has successfully completed all the state’s requirements to become a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana.
Sims-Suggs will serve as a licensed associate broker at the Weichert® affiliate, located in Houma.
Sims-Suggs earned her broker’s license after completing 150 hours of classroom instruction that focused on topics such as broker management, federal housing laws, risk reduction and ethics. She also had to pass the Louisiana Real Estate Broker Examination.
