The new Weichert® affiliated office will be run by Michele Clark, the broker/owner of the company.

Clark worked for Weichert, Realtors® years ago when she lived in New Jersey. She moved to North Carolina in 1996 and continued to work in real estate, with a goal to one day own a Weichert franchise. An ownership opportunity presented itself late last year and Clark jumped at the chance to join the Weichert franchise network.
“Owning a Weichert franchise office is a dream come true,” said Clark, who sits on the Outer Banks Board of REALTORS grievance and MLS committees. “Being a part of Weichert is amazing. It’s like being part of a big family.”
“I also get to help my customers make their dreams of home ownership come true. I can’t imagine doing anything else,” she added.
