WESTON, Fla. / Jan. 3, 2018 – The Weston office at Weichert, Realtors® – Best Beach Real Estate experienced significant growth during 2017 under the leadership of Judith Fernandez, the office’s managing broker.
She more than doubled the office’s yearly sales production, which pushed the agency to the top of the sales production list for the state’s 46 Weichert® affiliated offices.
The Weston office also took over the No. 1 spot in the country in August for new agent recruitment for all Weichert affiliates after Fernandez added close to 100 agents to her team last year.
“Weichert has amazing recruitment tools that allow me to take a very systematic approach to hiring the best agents in South Florida,” said Fernandez. “They also have training programs to help my agents deliver the best real estate service available.”
Resources provided by Weichert help make the Weston office a preferred destination for the area’s most talented agents. They also helped the company outgrow its old office space on Weston Road.
“We simply out grew that office space after recruiting dozens of agents – both new and experienced ones – last year,” added Fernandez, who spends a considerable amount of her time coaching and mentoring agents in her office. “We needed more space for agent training sessions and sit-down meetings with our clients.”
So Fernandez turned to the head of commercial real estate at Weichert, Realtors® – Best Beach Real Estate, Michael Hinton, to find a more conducive environment for her agents and their clients.
“I worked closely with Judith, like I do with all my commercial clients, to find the perfect work space for her and her team,” said Michael Hinton. “The new location, which is right down the road from the old office, is twice the size of the former location. The new suite will allow for better agent training options and more conference rooms for Judith’s team to meet with their clients.”
