MILFORD, Pa. / May 29, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Ruffino Real Estate, located in Milford, is proud to announce that REALTOR Liza Rombousek has set a new office record for a commercial property sale after closing a $1.05 million transaction.
Rombousek’s record-setting deal is also the largest commercial property sale for any real estate agency to date this year in Pike County.
The property owner selected Rombousek as the listing agent last February, the same month she began marketing the property, the Lumberyard Shops in Milford, to potential buyers.
