Ardler earned her broker’s license after completing more than 100 hours of pre- and post-licensing classroom instruction, as well as passing the Florida Real Estate Broker Examination. Obtaining a broker’s license means Ardler is qualified to work alone while representing home buyers and sellers or hire agents to work for her.
Passing the broker’s exam comes on the heels of Ardler earning the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist designation from the National Association of REALTORS, America’s largest trade association representing 1.1 million licensed real estate professionals.
