Bryant represented the seller of 566 Four Mile Rd. in Cincinnati, which sold for $1,050,000 and 93 percent of the asking price. The value of the transaction was 43 percent above any other property that closed in the area in June, according to MLS data. The average sale price for homes in the district is typically less than $360,000. Bryant also represented the buyer, handling both sides in the transaction.
