DeLoach, who has five years of experience working in real estate, will assist home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in Chatham County, with a focus on Ardsley Park, Southside, and the Berwick/Southbridge Boulevard area.

DeLoach holds a Masters degree in School Counseling, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, as well as the Savannah Area Realtors and Georgia Association of Realtors organizations.
“I have lived in Georgia most of my life and the South is my home,” said DeLoach. “In 2014, I moved from Atlanta to Savannah, and I haven’t looked back. I fell in love with the pace of life here, the moss-draped oaks, the marshes and beaches, and all that Savannah has to offer. I’m looking forward to helping my clients find that same feeling of ‘rightness,’ whether they are moving here from somewhere else, as I did, or looking for a new place to call home in Savannah.”
When he is not assisting clients, DeLoach enjoys spending time with his partner of 15 years and traveling internationally when possible. “We are both avid Savannah Bananas fans and enjoy college football (Go Dawgs!),” said DeLoach. “We have one dog named Fletcher who runs the household.”
