The intensive months-long RAR academy helps develop visionary, service-oriented members for professional, civic and community leadership roles.

Navary began working in real estate almost a decade ago after retiring from a 37-year career as a special needs teacher. She joined the Weichert® affiliate shortly after obtaining her real estate license in 2006, where she has received numerous sales awards.
In addition to her real estate awards, Navary has also been recognized for her efforts to give back to the community.
The Colonial Heights resident was named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women in 2016, the same year Navary was inducted into the association’s VIP Woman of the Year Circle.
