Weichert, Realtors® – Turnkey opens in Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE, La. / April 23, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to welcome a new office in Baton Rouge that prides itself on the high-quality service provided by its agents. The addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Turnkey, formerly known as Turnkey Partners Real Estate, LLC, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by the company’s broker, Patty McCann, and her business partner, Stephanie Clarke.
McCann and Clarke began talking with representatives at Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. towards the end of 2017 to discuss the possibility of growing their business through franchising.
“The representatives from Weichert seemed very client and agent-focused from the moment I first met with them to explore a franchise opportunity,” said McCann. “I was also thoroughly impressed with everything Weichert could provide to help grow my business. They just had much more to offer than the other brands I spoke with and considered.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, McCann and Clarke’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help the office offer the best real estate service in the industry. The Louisiana affiliate is also eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
