Gilbert, Ariz. / Jan. 16, 2017 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continues to grow its market presence in the Southwest region of the country with the addition of WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Home Pro Realty. The addition of the new real estate office in Gilbert, Arizona marks the third Weichert® office in the state, which continues to rebound after being hit hard by the market’s recession.
“Joining the Weichert franchise system definitely was the right decision,” said Aaron Stradling, the broker/owner of the new Weichert affiliated office, formerly known as Home Pro Realty, LLC. “I visited New Jersey a while back to meet with their leadership team and talk about franchising and I was thoroughly impressed with everything they had to offer an independent agency. As part of the Weichert franchise network, Stradling can take advantage of trainings provided by Weichert – starting with a three-day intensive in-office session to familiarize his agents with the Weichert business approach. The Gilbert affiliate office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
