Virginia Beach resident in charge of Virginia and West Virginia sales territory
MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. / Aug. 8, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Amanda Schmidt has joined the company as the new franchise sales director for its Virginia and West Virginia territory.
Schmidt will be responsible for identifying and converting real estate companies into the Weichert® national franchise system to help increase company revenue, brand recognition, and market presence in Virginia and West Virginia.

Having spent the majority of her professional career in real estate, Schmidt brings almost 15 years of real estate experience to her new position. She got her start in real estate as a commercial real estate portfolio director at S.S. Enterprises, LLC in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
Schmidt most recently worked as a senior real estate representative for 7-Eleven, Inc., where she was in charge of all purchase, lease and acquisition projects for the corporation’s South Hampton Roads sales territory.
