Real Estate agency pledges to volunteer every Wednesday at local charity to help those in need
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. / May 14, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Advantage Plus was honored to lend a local charity a helping hand recently.
Agents, staff and brokers at the Knoxville-based Weichert® affiliate have committed to volunteering at The Love Kitchen every Wednesday for the rest of the year. Several Weichert agents participated in the first volunteer day, which took place May 9.
“It’s truly an honor to be able to assist an incredible organization like The Love Kitchen which does so much to help the less fortunate in our communities,” said Jeff Grebe, the broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Advantage Plus. “I’m sure I speak for everyone on my team when I say we’re willing to do whatever it takes to help The Love Kitchen fulfill its mission.”
The Love Kitchen is a non-profit organization that provides meals, clothing and emergency food packages to homebound, homeless and unemployed people in the Knoxville area.
“I also can’t thank my team enough for stepping up to help – especially Jim Christensen in our office who helped connect us with The Love Kitchen,” added Grebe. “It’s one small way that we can make a positive impact in the lives of others.”
