The Durants, a real estate sibling team, will be assisting property buyers and sellers in West Knoxville with all of their real estate needs.

Rosemary has been a licensed Realtor for over 22 years. She also earned her Broker’s license along with a host of other real estate designations – including the Accredited Buyer’s Representative certification, Certified Real Estate Specialist certification and the highly acclaimed national Graduate Realtor Institute designation.
In addition to her real estate designations, Rosemary holds an undergraduate degree from Temple University and a Master’s degree from Adelphi University.
Chas earned his Tennessee real estate license in 2011. Prior to entering real estate, Chas worked in higher education for over 40 years at several universities – including 14 years at the University of Tennessee.
Chas also holds a Master’s and Doctoral degree from the University of South Carolina, where he received the Distinguished Alumnus Award for Excellence.

Rosemary lives in Louisville and Chas lives in Knoxville.
