O’Connell brings almost two decades of supervisory and management experience to her new position at Weichert, Realtors® – Hallmark Properties. She also has knowledge of the home building process, having grown up working for her father’s custom home construction business.
Carter proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, which culminated in him achieving the rank of First Sergeant. After retiring from the military, Carter worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs as an administrative officer and patient advocate.
