The Home Seller’s Workshop takes place Saturday, June 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Maricopa County District’s White Tank Library, located at 20304 W. White Tank Mountain Road in Waddell.
The Home Buyer’s Seminar, hosted by Ebony Spears and Linda Jewell, licensed real agents at Weichert, Realtors® – Peak Performance, and Jeannie Bolger, a senior loan officer for Fairway Mortgage, offers participants a glimpse into the benefits of home ownership as well as ways to minimize the stress of buying a home and mortgage approval process.
Participants can also learn about the benefits an agent can provide when helping clients sell a home by attending the Home Seller’s Workshop, led by Tracy Motley at Weichert, Realtors® – Peak Performance. The workshop focuses on various aspects of the home selling process, including: knowledge of the current real estate market; negotiation skills; and inventory issues. Participants will also learn about the legal issues and liabilities associated with selling a home.
