The first Seller’s Seminar will be held Thur., May 3, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Newport Library, located at 14250 SE Newport Way in Bellevue. The second session will take place Sat., May 5, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., at the Newcastle Library, located at 12901 Newcastle Way in Newcastle.
The seminar, which is led by licensed real estate agents at Weichert, Realtors® – Pillar Northwest, offers participants a glimpse into the benefits a REALTOR can provide when helping a client sell a home, including: knowledge of the current real estate market; negotiation skills; and inventory issues. Participants will also learn about the legal issues and liabilities associated with selling a home.
