PUYALLUP, Wash. / April 24, 2017 – WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Premier Properties celebrated the grand opening of its second office in Pierce County with a March 31st open house reception and barbecue. The festivities attracted more than 200 area residents and businesses who were excited to check out the new Weichert® affiliate office, located at 13613 Meridian E, Suite E, in Puyallup, and meet the staff at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Premier Properties while enjoying some homemade barbecue.
“We were so excited to officially open our second Weichert office,” said Jerry Filoteo, the broker/owner of WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Premier Properties. “We had gorgeous weather and great food for the hundreds of people that stopped by to check out our new office – including a few brokers from other agencies. We could not have asked for a better open house.”
Filoteo and his team spent hours preparing for the grand opening, which included transforming the building parking lot into a picnic area where guests could enjoy some mouth-watering barbecue. Partygoers also enjoyed light refreshments, as well as a chance to win door prizes while mingling with the staff at WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Premier Properties and hearing how committed the agents are to providing home buyers and sellers the best service in the industry.
Jim Morrison was one of the team members who helped organize the event and spent plenty of time chatting with partygoers. The managing broker of the Puyallup office was most impressed with the family-like atmosphere at the grand opening.
“The support we received from the community was amazing, especially from other brokers,” said Morrison. “It just goes to show that even though we compete daily for listings and sales, at the end of the day this community is one big family.”
