NEWARK, Calif. / Sept. 3, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – Rainbow Properties is proud to announce it was named the winner in all three real estate categories for the 2019 Best of Newark Readers’ Choice Awards hosted by the Argus newspaper.
Adam Modzeleski, the company’s broker/owner, was named the “Best Realtor” and “Best Mortgage Broker” for 2019. The newspaper also named Weichert, Realtors® – Rainbow Properties the year’s “Best Real Estate Office.”
This marks the third year in a row that the Newark-based Weichert® affiliate has swept the real estate categories as a best in class winner during the newspaper’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards competition.

The 5th Annual Best of Newark Readers Choice Awards offered Argus readers a chance to vote for their favorite businesses, schools, business people, restaurants and shops in Newark. Winners were announced in a 32-page Best of Newark special section in the August 30 edition of the Argus.
