Carolinas Broker Council Names Realtor® Marty Pennell Its Top Agent of the Year
HICKORY, N.C. / March 27, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – Team Metro, located in Hickory, is proud to announce that Marty Pennell has been named the Top Overall Agent of the Year for 2018 by the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Carolinas Broker Council.
Pennell received the prestigious Chairman’s Club award from Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. for his 2018 sales production.
In addition, 15 other agents at the Hickory-based affiliate were honored by the national franchise organization for their 2018 sales productions. All awards are based on achieving specified production requirements per award category in gross commission income earned or real estate transactions closed in 2018.
