Weichert® affiliated agents recognized for individual sales achievements
HICKORY, N.C. / May 15, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Team Metro, located in Hickory, is proud to announce their office has earned the prestigious President’s Cup Award from Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. for its 2017 sales production.
The Hickory-based agency was also named to the national franchise organization’s elite Premier Client Group (PCG) list for 2018 after ranking #6 nationally for real estate transactions closed and #12 for gross commission income earned last year. Only 30 out of the nearly 250 companies from the Weichert® national franchise network were named PCG honorees this year.
Individual sales achievements at the Weichert® affiliate were also recognized by Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.
Marty Pennell was named the office’s top producing agent last year, earning the Chairman’s Club Award. And Debby Bullock-Benfield and Rob Taylor received the President’s Club Award, while Jennifer Clark earned the Ambassador Club Award.
The national franchise organization also honored Celli Mellert, Crystal Gragg, Jan Hendrix, Michelle King and Myra Marshall with Executive Club Awards. At the same time, Sales Achievement Awards were presented to Jennifer Martin, Larry Skinner, Lora Rousseau, Tiffany Kearns, Tonya Greene and Victoria Lyford.
All awards are based on achieving specified production requirements in gross commission income or units earned in 2017.
